The BCSTA AGM 2026 brings together school trustees, education leaders, partners, and policymakers across British Columbia to discuss critical issues facing our education system and explore ways to ensure every child in British Columbia has access to high-quality, equitable public education.

Dates: April 9-11, 2026

AGM Registration Fee: $625.00 + 5% GST
Pre-Conference: $150.00 + 5% GST

Billing:  Advance payment is not required. BCSTA will send an invoice post-event.

Hotel Rate: $279.00/room/night + taxes and fees.

Hotel Block Cut-off Date: Thursday, March 12, 2026

Important: Please review policies, terms & conditions before registering. 

Hotel Room Block:

  • Accommodation is not included in the event registration fee.
  • Hotel requirements are collected through the conference registration system and may be added or updated through registration until confirmed by the hotel. Please allow up to 3 weeks for hotel confirmation.
  • The rooming list will be sent to the hotel, which will confirm the reservation(s) and request a credit card to guarantee the booking. Any future changes will need to be made directly with the hotel.
  • Photo ID and a credit card will be required at hotel check-in to guarantee incidental charges. Should other arrangements be required, the district should contact the hotel directly.
