Conference Registration fee: $1200.00 CAD + convenience fee + tax per person. Fee is payable by VISA or Mastercard at the time of registration.

Hotel Block Cut-off date: Thurs, June 4, 2026

Hotel Bookings Through Registration Close: May 25, 2026 (after May 25 changes and inquiries are through the hotel)

Important: Please review policies, terms & conditions before registering. Registration is limited to school trustees, senior school district leaders, Indigenous rights holders and knowledge keepers within Canada, and members of national and US partner associations.

Hotel Room Block: Accommodation is not included in the event registration fee. Hotel requirements are collected through the conference registration system and may be added or updated through May 25, 2026. Do not contact the hotel directly. After registration closes, the rooming list will be sent to the hotel, which will confirm the reservation(s) and request a credit card to guarantee the booking and process final payment on June 4, 2026. Room assignments (Fairmont or Deluxe) are based on the delegates registration date and at the hotel’s discretion.  Any changes after May 25 must be made directly with the hotel. Special requests for accessible rooms or accommodation dates outside the block availability will be communicated to the hotel on an ongoing basis and registrants will be notified if dates/rates are not available.

As the hotel requirements are tied to registration, it is important to note that there is a cancellation fee ($150.00 + credit card convenience fees paid) for all registration cancellations. It is recommended to register delegates when you are sure they plan to attend the conference to avoid the fee.  It is possible to register without the hotel requirements and to add or amend them in the system after the initial registration.
