I confirm that I give the following authorization and consent (or I have been authorized to give the following consent on behalf of a person I am registering for the Event or “Registrant”) that the BCSTA is authorized to collect, use and disclose my personal information or the personal information of the Registrant(s) for purposes of facilitating registration, arranging meals and/or accommodation and providing Event related information, goods, programs and services.

I understand that this consent is optional, and I may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the BCSTA Privacy Officer – mrossi@bcsta.org. I understand that withdrawal of consent may impact the BCSTA’s ability to deliver of services to me connected to the Event.

Accommodation is not included in the event registration fee. The conference hotel block is full and registrations after March 1 are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
