Host Hotel and Guestroom Block                   ** NEW PROCEDURE - PLEASE READ **

A guestroom block is available at the hotels below by rooming list only. 

Westin Bayshore (conference hotel)
Hyatt Regency, Vancouver

• Hotel requirements will be collected through the event registration process.
• Changes may be made through the Portal until the district is assigned a hotel.
• BCSTA staff will assign districts and notify both the district and the hotel. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive the confirmations after the initial registration.
• Priority for the conference hotel will be to districts with accessibility needs, identified through event registration, and to keep districts together. Should the accessible requirement be confidential, contact Sara Hunter directly with the details.
• Reservation confirmations will be sent by the hotel once assigned. 
• Hotel staff will follow up with each district directly regarding billing when reservations are confirmed.
• Any changes to confirmed reservations need to be done through the EA with the hotel.
• Requests received after November 5, 2025 are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of booking.
• If your district's secretary-treasurer is attending the BCASBO conference and the BCSTA Trustee Academy with plans to stay at the Westin Bayshore for the BCASBO event, please make a note of this in the hotel notes.
