  • Some delegates are sensitive to scented products. Please abstain from using scented products and perfumes while attending this event.
  • Photos will be taken at this event. These photos may be used for BCSTA Flickr stream, publications and promotional materials.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made on or before October 21, 2024, delegates will be eligible for a full refund.
  • If cancellations are made after October 21, 2024, delegates are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
  • If cancellations are made after November 11, 2024, delegates are not eligible for a refund.
