Policies

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel a conference registration the following policy will apply per delegate:

  1. If cancellations are made on or before March 24, 2025, delegates will be eligible for a full refund.
  2. If cancellations are made after March 24, 2025, delegates are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
  3. If cancellations are made after April 13, 2025, delegates are not eligible for a refund.

General:

  1. Attendees should not attend if they are feeling unwell.
  2. Some delegates are sensitive to scented products. Please abstain from using scented products and perfumes while attending this event.
  3. Photos will be taken at this event. These photos may be used for BCSTA Flickr stream, publications and promotional materials.
  4. Photo ID and a credit card will be required at hotel check-in to guarantee incidental charges.  Should other arrangements be required, contact the hotel directly once you have received a reservation confirmation.
  5. BCSTA will send an invoice post-event.
